When I think of loving families, I think of the Advance Funeral Planner who is meeting with a family and helping them feel comfortable pre-planning their funeral. When I think of serving funeral homes, I think of Regional Development Directors who are out offering them a better product and better customer service than they have had previously. So how do I live the vision even though I may never meet with a family or enter the doors of a funeral home? By providing the Advance Funeral Planners and Regional Development Directors the support they need, not only to do their job, but to do it better than anyone else, I am loving the customer.
