ORMS involves the use of state-of-the-art, web-based technology that has been in existence since 2000. ORMS wasn't created in a back office. The program design arose as a result of experiencing the day-to-day operations of funeral home and pre-need advisors who actively implement and work aftercare, pre-need and marketing programs. Through a proven combination of policies, processes, and strategies, ORMS unifies all your pre-need prospect interactions and provides a means to track vital customer information and interaction.

ORMS Features:

  • Management reports: Family Follow-up Pending, Family Follow-up Current, Pre-need Leads Current, Pre-need Year-to-date Open Leads.
  • Administrative reports: Lead Source, Lead Status, Family Follow-up Survey Type, Family Follow-up Survey Results, Activity Results, Funded.
  • Annual Mail List designation: Used for such things as quarterly newsletter or other unique marketing programs provided to community, e.g. Movie Day.
  • Letter programs with samples such as: Requested for Pre-need Information, 90 Day Follow-up Letter, Early Pay-Up, Price Increase, and Anniversary.
  • Mail & Tracking program consisting of three standard tracks: Family Follow-up, Prearranged Only & Reminders. Each track includes six to eight standard letters. The goal is for contacts to receive "passive/educationally based" communication from the funeral home at specific intervals (usually 90 day cycles.)
  • Ability to use customized letters from the Funeral Home.
