COURSE DESCRIPTION

When most experienced Advance Planners were asked, they told us they didn't regularly ask for referrals from their satisfied customers. Advance Planners told us they are skeptical that anyone could ask for referrals in a tasteful way. They also told us it is becoming more difficult to get the attention of the Boomer Generation. We asked those Advance Planners to work with us to develop a process for asking for referrals that would work; they agreed. This course is the result. Come learn the field-tested approach developed by funeral home owners, sales leaders, and funeral directors.

You will learn how to:

  • Uncover and overcome your reluctance to ask for referrals
  • Blend asking for referrals seamlessly and tastefully into your prearrangement conference
  • Identify the right people to ask
  • Recognize when to ask
  • Understand how to ask
  • Turn referrals into appointments
