COURSE DESCRIPTION

This two-day course is designed to help anyone who works with insurance-funded advance funeral planning to analyze the consumer's needs and provide an ethical, customer-focused funding solution.

 

Today's pre-need customer does not fit neatly into a mold. Some families have many options for funeral payment available to them. Many others are financially strapped now and will struggle to find dollars available when the time comes.

 

Regardless of the financial situation of the families you serve, in order to do your best for them, you must understand all the funding options available and be able to effectively assess financial assets. This course will equip you to confidently and successfully handle any financial obstacle.

  • Utilize features of the funding product to benefit the consumer
  • Work effectively with the endangered list
  • Ask the right questions to uncover financial assets
  • Avoid taking losses on insurance assignments
