COURSE DESCRIPTION

New for 2014, this course will help the Advance Funeral Planner expand the consumer’s understanding of the value of funeral service.

COURSE CONTENT

  • Understand funeral service value from the consumer’s point of view
  • Establish and expand funeral service value for consumers
  • Present value-based selling concepts within the context of DEER

  • Advance Funeral Planners seeking to build more funeral value for consumers and funeral homes

    • Completion of Advanced Funeral Planning – the DEER Way
    • Greater than six months experience as an Advanced Funeral Planner
