DEER Level II: Value Based Selling
COURSE DESCRIPTION
New for 2013, this course will help the Advance Funeral Planner expand the consumer’s understanding of the value of funeral service.
COURSE CONTENT
- Understand funeral service value from the consumer’s point of view
- Establish and expand funeral service value for consumers
- Present value-based selling concepts within the context of DEER
WHO WILL BENEFIT
- Advance Funeral Planners seeking to build more funeral value for consumers and funeral homes
- Advance Funeral Planners experiencing an increase in cremation rates
- Advance Funeral Planners concerned about the increasing number of burials / cremations without funeral services
- Prerequisites:
- Completion of Advanced Funeral Planning – the DEER Way
- Greater than six months experience as an Advanced Funeral Planner
