| Mrs. Candace Franco is the Director of The Academy. Candace is a Certified Preplanning Consultant with eighteen years of experience in the field of Advance Funeral Planning. Candace has worked with families on an individual basis planning their funerals. In addition, she has worked with funeral home owners and advance planners to develop and implement effective pre-need programs that meet the highest ethical standards. Mrs. Franco has written numerous articles, conducted seminars for the NFDA and state associations, and provided continuing education courses for funeral directors, advance planners and financial planners. For the last four years she has been the Director of The Academy, the training and education program for The Outlook Group, Inc., and has trained and worked closely with some of the most highly acclaimed pre-need planners in the funeral industry. |

| Everett Collins |

| Mr. Everett Collins is the Ohio Regional Development Director for The Outlook Group, Inc. Everett works with funeral home owners to establish goals and objectives for their advance planning program; hires, trains, and motivates funeral professionals; and assures that established goals and objectives are met. Everett plans and facilitates monthly regional sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and individual training experiences in order to provide continuous coaching and education for a team of fifteen advance funeral planning professionals. He assures that all regional sales associates are compliant with industry rules and regulations and are up-to-date on changing industry standards and practices. He has developed course materials and curriculum, and teaches an advanced level sales training course, Financial Aspects of Advance Funeral Planning, for all Outlook employees, Outlook affiliate funeral home employees, marketing partner employees and outside purchasers. |

| Mrs. Kelley J. Hubbard is an Ohio licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Insurance Agent and industry recognized Advance Funeral Planning Professional. She has been affiliated with Diehl-Whittaker Funeral Service in Columbus, Ohio since 1990 as an industry respected and recognized Advanced Funeral Planning Professional. Kelley attended Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio and The Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Cincinnati, Ohio. Beyond her many years of service to Central Ohio families, Kelley has additionally won many nationally recognized advance funeral planning awards of achievement for outstanding service and dedication to consumers and her profession. |

| Beverly Keen |

Mrs. Beverly Keen of Franklin, Ohio has twenty two years experience in funeral service. Beverly has been an Advance Funeral Planning Professional for the last fourteen years. She is a 1999 honors graduate of The Academy. Beverly has received numerous national sales awards for personal production, including being recognized as a million-dollar producer in annual sales volume in 2006 by The Homesteaders Life Company. Beverly continues to personally produce, as well as mentor and coach other Advance Funeral Planning Professionals to continue their success in production.
