COURSE DESCRIPTION 

This two-day course will help you develop the vision needed to meet the challenges of funeral service today as you explore them within the context of a rich history of funeral service.  Just a few of the topics covered:

  • MI Regulation Update
  • Ethical Considerations of Advance Funeral Planning
  • Role of Funeral Service in the Grief Process
  • Promoting Funeral Value in the Pre-need Setting

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

  • Full-time and part-time persons making advance funeral planning arrangements on behalf of any MFDA member
  • Anyone new to Advance Funeral Planning
  • Experienced Advance Funeral Planners who wish to refresh and stay current
